A transplant from the Chicago suburbs, Will moved to the DC area with his wife Rachel in 2006. In 2010 they added two members to their family: Charlie the cat and a leaky house.

Will graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in theology, did a two-and-a-half year stint on Capitol Hill, and then joined the staff of National Community Church where he oversees 150+ small groups, managing everything from from leader recruitment and training to marketing and promotion.

An analytical thinker with a mind for systems, Will has spoken to and advised hundreds of church leaders on small group ministry and authored numerous articles on leadership and small groups.

In his free time Will develops websites, plays poker, dabbles in real estate investment, and watches too much TV.
