I just don't like their tactics, or their "all inclusive" nature. It's like when you see a really attractive female, and she's with some tool, and you think to yourself; "Man, she's way too good for him." Same feeling I get out of a possible AOL/Yahoo! merger, although I think MSN isn't any better, either.
